Step 1:

Step 2:

Once you contact us, then our franchise development team would arrange a meeting with the manager who handles the territory. The manager would meet you and advice you on whether this business would be suitable for you.

Step 3:

On establishing that this business is suitable for you, we would enter into an agreement to establish a S-Tek center in Mumbai. At this stage you would pay the franchise fees.

Step 4:

Jointly, we would start identifying the exact location in mumbai to start the center. In case, you already have a premises then that premises need to be approved by the operations team to be suitable for starting a S-Tek center.

Step 5:

Once the premises is finalized, you would start putting together the infrastructure on the exact specifications given by S-Tek team.

Step 6:

While the center is getting ready the recruitment & Training proccess of the Center staff would be done along with the Training to the Franchises Director on cente operations.

Step 7:

Pre - Launch activity would be carried out atleast a week prior to the Launch.

Step 8:

The Center in Mumbai would be Launched on the Finalised Date.
